IXWebHosting使用手册

IXWebHosting的中文站出来了，可是经过我的测试，后台和主机的控制面板还都是英文的，不少朋友向我反映，英文不好，不会使用。目前解决这个问题的最好办法就是做一套使用教程，但是因为我事情比较多，拖了很长时间也没有做出来。经过我搜索，在网上发现了不少教程，发现美国主机侦探的网站上已经有官方手册的完整翻译版，包括账户中心的使用手册和主机控制面板的使用手册，非常全面。请大家参考这两个手册，使用基本不会有问题了。
